About the Company: Our client is one of the UK's leading providers of integrated management and maintenance services for parks and green spaces. As part of their expansion, they are now looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organising and managing the Grounds Maintenance Team
- Carrying out general horticultural duties
- Writing reports and liaising with clients
- Ensuring high health & safety standards
- Identifying ways to improve service quality
Requirements:
- Proven experience in grounds maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Relevant horticulture qualification
- Ability to self-motivate and work as part of a team
- Experience using power tools and horticultural equipment (e.g., mowers, strimmers, hedge trimmers)
- Certifications in PA1 & PA6 spraying, horticulture, and ride-on mowers (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to meet and exceed business objectives
