COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PARTNER – US FIRM – CENTRAL LONDON

Our Client, a US firm with a significant global presence, is looking to add to its ranks with the appointment of a Commercial Litigation Partner.

THE FIRM

With several offices across the US, UK, and Asia, our client has experienced substantial growth over the past few years, continuing through 2023 and 2024. They offer a full range of legal services, including commercial disputes, large corporate transactions, intellectual property, and tax law.

THE TEAM

The Commercial Litigation team provides comprehensive dispute resolution advice, covering complex multi-jurisdictional and arbitration matters. Clients include large corporations, SMEs, and HNW individuals across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, and energy.

Work is focused both in the UK and internationally, with a significant emphasis on international cases.

THE INDIVIDUAL

We are seeking a Litigation Partner to join the team. Candidates should come from a firm with a similar profile to our client. Experience in commercial litigation as described above is essential. The ideal candidate should also be a self-starter with a proven business development record.
