THE ROLE

Conduct business in an efficient and professional manner whilst adhering to company procedures and guidelines. You will work closely with the Team Manager as required to support the business objectives. This role is managed remotely from the London head office, and experience of remote work is necessary.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Team player, resilient and adaptable with the ability to remain calm and patient.
  • Proven attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservation process.
  • Sound, proven SABRE skills with an excellent understanding of fares and ticketing (other GDS are accepted if you can commit to 2 weeks in-person training).
  • Ability to turnaround fare recalculations and ticket reissues quickly.
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems and find solutions.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and multi-task under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating a pro-active response to client servicing at all times.
  • Interpersonal skills.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven advanced industry experience in all areas of travel management operations is essential.
  • Sound, proven SABRE skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and PCCs.
  • Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent.
  • Extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservation process.
  • Experience of the European and American markets is essential.
