Business Travel Consultant – Homebased UK Wide

Salary and benefits: Competitive salary DOE plus bonus & excellent benefits

A minimum of 12 months business travel reservations experience is essential for the role, along with the ability to deliver high levels of customer service and good worldwide geography.

Role of Business Travel Consultant:

1. Handle all travel requirements for a specialist client base
2. Arranging and booking complex flight itineraries
3. Respond to calls and emails from clients in a polite, efficient and professional manner
4. Deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times
5. Communicate effectively with clients at all levels
6. Offer advice on the best routes and fares for clients

Skills required for the role:

1. Minimum 12 months experience within a business travel reservations role – essential
2. Proficiency on a GDS – Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre
3. Good worldwide geographical knowledge
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Keen attention to detail
6. Excellent customer service & communication skills
