Our client is a main car dealership who is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and focused Sales Manager to join their ever-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the performance of the department to achieve manufacturer and business volume objectives.
- Control profit targets, departmental expenses, and monitor trends to react accordingly.
- Maximise the sales and profitability of the department.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention is a vital focus for the position.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience working as a Sales Manager in a similar position.
- A passion for success and achieving objectives.
- An organised individual who can prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience in effectively managing, coaching, motivating, and developing the sales team to ensure industry-leading performance standards.

Compensation:
