Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
  • Manage ISO9001:2015 certification and ensure compliance.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and returns.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework, and quality costs.
  • Oversee calibration, quality documentation, and production audits.
  • Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring high performance.
  • Monitor key quality KPIs, including Right First Time (RFT) and OEE losses.
