Votre environnement
- Sous la responsabilité d'un Client Director, vous serez chargé(e) de développer et fidéliser nos clients publics grands comptes, en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale de Computacenter.
- Fidéliser et animer le portefeuille de clients grands comptes (centrales d’achats).
- Générer de la croissance : identifier, créer, réaliser les campagnes et clôturer les opportunités de vente de solutions informatiques.
- Développer et pérenniser la relation client.
- Travailler en collaboration avec les Sales Specialist Workplace, Infrastructure et Service.
- Participer à des réunions régulières avec les fournisseurs.
- Piloter des actions marketing (salons, sponsoring, etc.).
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle au sein de votre portefeuille clients.
- Effectuer un reporting régulier de votre activité via le CRM.
- Travailler proche des autres services pour assurer une approche d'équipe soudée.
Votre profil
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance du secteur public et vous bénéficiez d'une expérience réussie dans la gestion de ventes complexe d'infrastructures informatiques.
- Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à adresser les grands comptes et à pérenniser des relations avec les interlocuteurs décideurs.
