  2. Service Desk & Remote Support โ€“ Incident Management & Ticketing
  3. Windows OS Support โ€“ Windows 7 & 10
  4. Microsoft Office Suite & Office 365 (Desktop & Admin Support)
  5. Azure Administration & Support (Required)
  6. Exceptional Customer-Facing Skills โ€“ Professional & Well-Presented
  7. Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills
  8. Service-Driven Mindset โ€“ Focus on Customer Satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. 5+ Yearsโ€™ Experience in 1st to 3rd Line Support
  2. Proven VIP Support Experience in Finance (Essential)
  3. Azure Administration & Support
