Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an ongoing temporary Recruiter to join a dynamic team of six at a leading private equity firm. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, managing approximately 50 searches across a range of positions and varying seniority levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles within the firm.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with appropriate positions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 360-recruitment position.
- Strong ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A keen understanding of the recruitment process and experience within private equity or a similar sector would be an advantage.
Benefits and Details:
- £25 per hour, plus holiday pay.
- Core hours 9am-6pm.
- Potential to work 1 day from home per week.
- Office based in Piccadilly Circus.
