Temporary Recruiter

Are you an experienced recruiter looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an ongoing temporary Recruiter to join a dynamic team of six at a leading private equity firm. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, managing approximately 50 searches across a range of positions and varying seniority levels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for diverse roles within the firm.
2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
3. Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
4. Source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with appropriate positions.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 360-recruitment position.
2. Strong ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritise effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. A keen understanding of the recruitment process and experience within private equity or a similar sector would be an advantage.

Benefits and Details:

1. £25 per hour, plus holiday pay.
2. Core hours 9am-6pm.
3. Potential to work 1 day from home per week.
4. Office based in Piccadilly Circus.
