Job Description:

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following:

• Customer Experience: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by helping customers find the perfect product and completing their purchases.
• Brand Bra Experience: Provide expert advice on bra fitting and suitable styles for customers.
• Visual Merchandising: Own the merchandising and presentation of products to enhance customer engagement.

• Store Targets: Support the management team in achieving key KPIs focused on sales growth and profitability.
• Store Standards: Maintain store standards including managing deliveries and adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Store Operations: Carry out opening and closing activities, including key holder duties.
• Executing the New: Assist with new product launches and ensure team members are trained for all tasks.
