About the role:
It's a field-based and full-time role with variable hours, including regular evenings and weekends - no two days are the same! You'll develop the district through exceptional support to everyone in your care, plus:
- Provide strong leadership, direction, motivation and inspiration to Consultants.
- Empower, coach and develop Consultants to achieve their goals and grow their Slimming World business.
- Create a culture and environment that values our people, drives results, success and retention.
About you:
You're a successful Slimming World member (group or online) within the last 5 years and you've achieved your target weight (or close to). You'll also be:
- A caring, performance-focused leader with a proven track record of coaching and developing others to success.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- An engaging, uplifting and effective communicator - able to change your approach whether you're in a one-to-one or presenting to groups.
- Confident with evaluating data and excellent written skills.
