We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to be our main point of contact for customers, suppliers and visitors at our centrally located Nottingham Head Office. We are close to the City centre, with good links to the bus and tram network and the local train station.
Must have a minimum of 2 years recent receptionist experience.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Provide a professional and welcoming Receptionist service to all visitors, customers and suppliers
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains a tidy and welcoming environment
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as logging and distributing all incoming cheques, booking internal meeting rooms, and managing taxi bookings
- Daily administration and archiving of store receipts
- Process and record gift card requests
- Booking off-site meeting venues and overnight accommodation
- Support the implementation of health and safety regulations on site
A successful Receptionist should have:
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal
- Switchboard experience
- Proven ability in handling sensitive information with discretion
- Previously worked in a reception or front-of-house role
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Proficiency in using computer systems for administrative tasks
