Job Title: Performance Activation Manager

Location: London, Manchester or Athens

Reporting to: Performance Activation Director

The Role

The Performance Activation Manager will implement the Activation strategy, ensuring the day-to-day success of campaigns across your client portfolio. This role manages activation across Paid Social, Programmatic, Paid Search, and Retail Media.

This role requires a strong understanding of various platforms and methodologies. The Performance Activation Manager will lead activation discussions with clients and internal teams, demonstrating expertise in managing and developing junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Briefing Stage: Support the Planning department by providing data, insights, and previous learnings to create best-in-class media planning tactics.
  2. Execution: Brief, assure quality, and implement digital activation in-line with the media plan and strategy.
  3. Optimisation: Use data to inform optimisation strategies and improve account performance.
  4. Reporting: Deliver high-quality post-campaign analysis and reports.
  5. Tech/Innovation: Implement proprietary and third-party tools for execution, tracking, and analytics.
  6. Development: Manage workload across the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and personal development.
  7. Finance: Ensure financial accuracy through the planning & buying process.

Skills and Experience

  1. Strong experience in setting up and activating campaigns across digital channels.
  2. Ensure certifications across all activation platforms are up-to-date.
  3. Experience in client servicing.
  4. Experience in supporting workload management of team members.
  5. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
