About the role: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in executing YunoJuno’s marketing strategies, supporting cross-channel campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing processes. You’ll be involved in everything from social media management and database optimisation to event support and competitor analysis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their marketing skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution – Create and manage weekly social media campaigns (LinkedIn & Instagram), respond to engagement, and oversee email distribution.
- Website & SEO – Maintain website content, review programmatic SEO, and audit brand assets.
- Market & Competitor Insights – Track competitor activity, report trends, and support data-driven marketing strategies.
- Event & Brand Support – Assist in event logistics, merchandise sourcing, and brand activations.
- Marketing Operations – Manage workflows, automation, duplicate data cleanup, and lead management.
- Creative & Asset Management – Create and manage image assets, print collateral, and G2 review collation.
- Reporting & Insights – Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
Minimum Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of experience in a marketing role.
- B2B experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proactive and willing to take initiative in optimising marketing processes.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with product management, social media management, website updates, and marketing automation tools is a plus.
