As a HLTA, you will:
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide exceptional support to students across the school.
- Assist in delivering high-quality lessons.
- Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Support students for whom English may be an additional language.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning among students.
- Cover lessons while teachers are on PPA time.
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Experience of supporting learning across Key Stage 3 and 4
- A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Passion for Education
- Excellent communication skills
