As a HLTA, you will:

  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide exceptional support to students across the school.
  • Assist in delivering high-quality lessons.
  • Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Support students for whom English may be an additional language.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning among students.
  • Cover lessons while teachers are on PPA time.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Experience of supporting learning across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • A relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
  • Passion for Education
