Primary Responsibilities:
- Be an active listener. Listening and applying what people are saying about their fitness goals, obstacles, struggles, and successes is a real part of this role. Be prepared to have meaningful conversations and provide the perfect solution.
- Provide a memorable one-size-fits-one customer experience along everyone's fitness journey.
- Generate new guests/members as a Fuel Fitness ambassador; partner with businesses and people in the community to invite them in, to experience Fuel Fitness and how we can help.
- Contact potential members by phone to invite them into the club so we can help them get started on their fitness journey.
- Manage and follow up with guests by using our Visual Fitness Planner (VFP) to track and plan successful guest management, appointment setting, and selling activities.
- Assist members with helping their friends and family get started on a fitness program through referrals and invitations.
Prior experience includes:
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and professional verbal and written communication.
- Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs.
- Highly reliable and punctual.
- The ability to perceive and interpret a situation and act upon it in an appropriate manner.
- Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Authentic, sincere, and open-minded.
- Must be highly motivated.
- Love to achieve or exceed sales goals, and have a genuine interest in helping others.
- 1-2+ years of retail or fitness sales experience is a plus.
Availability:
Full-time, with flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and holidays to best serve our member community.
