This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the support and delivery of creative content for in-site point of sale (POS) and all menu content on the Whitbread F&B account. The account executive role is integral to the effective running of the studio art-working function within the Whitbread account, coordinating with the account managers to ensure all artwork is successfully briefed and checked to a high print-ready standard ahead of handover to our print production team. The role is key to ensuring all studio processes are adhered to and all artwork is in line with the brief. You will create status trackers to ensure all assets are captured and move through the studio process efficiently and within critical path deadlines. You will co-ordinate with the creative account managers and print account managers on the alignment of all assets required for studio, including variations from region, to sizing and price banding. You will be the go-to person for all studio art-working requirements, building strong relationships with the internal ITG studio teams, as well as the Whitbread marketing team. The role is integral to the prolonged success of end-to-end delivery for Whitbread. Your focus will be providing outstanding customer service and delivering operational excellence. You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with the ITG team, as well as with the client, ensuring all processes and best practices are adhered to and maintained. This is a remote based role with the expectation to be able to travel to one of ITG's offices (Birmingham or London) and the clients office (London or Dunstable) as and when required. This can vary but it tends to be a couple of times a month depending on meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Key role within the Whitbread F&B account team.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all studio art-working.
  • Taking accurate information from the creative account manager, formulating full studio briefs, assisting with studio scheduling and checking briefs against the print requirements.
  • Ensure all work aligns to brand guidelines and approved creative content.
  • Effectively manage the studio process and keep status trackers updated.
  • Ensure our QC process is adhered to, helping to ensure we maintain a high standard across all assets.
  • Handle invoicing and month-end tasks efficiently.

  • You need to be a fabulous communicator and be assertive when required.

  • Computer literate with proficiency in Excel.
