Job Description
On the advisory side, you will gain exposure to core building surveying duties including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance programming, landlord & tenant matters, party wall work, reinstatement cost assessments, and general technical advice.\\n\\nProject work will include external renovation schemes, internal common parts refurbishments, and private residential projects, alongside involvement in large-scale façade remediation.
