Sellick Partnership is working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their new firm in Newcastle City Centre. This is a growth opportunity to build up a department within a commercially savvy and well-established name in the market.

Our client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to undertake a mix of commercial property work. The candidate must have excellent organisational and prioritising skills as they will be managing a busy, successful, and well-managed caseload. The successful candidate should have excellent technical knowledge and a general commercial property background, including:

  • Sale and purchase of commercial property
  • Sale of business assets
  • Sale of property at auction
  • Landlord and Tenant transactions including leases, renewals, licences to assign, licence to sublet, licence to alter applications, and surrenders
  • Pension scheme transactions including in specie transactions
  • Land registry applications including first registrations and assisting with adverse possession
  • Dealing with Section 25 notices
  • Acting on behalf of management companies

The role is supported by a full-time Legal Assistant with many years of experience in Commercial Property.
