SECURITY CLEARANCE: This role involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring the applicant to be able to be security cleared to a UK SC level. (Must have been a UK resident for a minimum of 5 years)
LOCATION: This role is a site based role working from our LSRC offices in Blandford Camp, Dorset.

As the Defence Network Test Manager you will liaise with customers to confirm requirements and ensure that tests are designed in line with the programme testing requirements.
How will you contribute?
- Planning, managing and delivery of the project test event.
- Design test environments, incorporating existing reference systems, systems under test and test tools such as iTrinergy Network Emulator, IXIA Breaking Point, Endace data capture system, and Riverbed analytical tool.
- Configuration and deployment of appropriate test tools to meet predefined test aims.
- Create, validate and baseline the test environment and produce test documentation.
- Analysis of test results and producing detailed Task Reports.
- Work to defined processes and procedures as defined within ISO 9001-2015.
ABOUT YOU
- Systems engineer with experience in communications and information systems.
- Testing experience including a detailed knowledge of Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) network emulation, stimulation and monitoring tools.
- Experience in testing CIS systems or applications.
