‘Connecting a Generation’
Are you able to build relationships with young people aged 11-18? Can you grow and develop Christian disciples? If so, we are seeking creative, enthusiastic, Christian Youth Leaders to lead one of our Deanery based Network Youth Churches in Cumbria.
You will be:
- Inspiring and empowering young people to explore faith and come to know Jesus in creative and relevant ways.
- Building relationships with local schools, churches, and communities to connect with 11–18-year-olds.
- Leading and shaping a pioneering youth church, reimagining what faith gatherings can look like.
- Working alongside passionate partners in mission, collaborating to create a dynamic network of support in the local area.
- Supported and equipped with training and resources to grow in your own ministry journey.

Salary: £26,000 for NYC Trainee Leaders (plus small allowance to support appropriate training). An occupational requirement exists for the post holder to be a practising Christian in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
