Job Title: Group Hygiene Manager Location: Edinburgh / Fife Salary: Better than competitive The Company We’re working with a leading, multisite food business which develops and produces a range of chilled branded and retail label products. Operating from three manufacturing sites, they supply a wide range of products into all main UK retailers. The Role Quite simply, we’re looking for a Hygiene Manager with a strong food manufacturing background who can work with a level of autonomy to raise standards across three sites. You’ll be responsible for a team of 3 direct reports, ensuring strategy, processes, and training are in place so the sites are fully compliant and audit ready. You will also work closely with colleagues in other departments to raise standards across the factories. In addition to the ‘day to day’ tasks, you’ll also be looking for new ways of working to improve current systems and processes. You We’re looking for somebody with hygiene management experience gained in the food industry who can lead and motivate a team to drive standards. You’ll need to have CIP experience, knowledge of BRC and retail standards, an ability to lead and motivate a team, and the drive to manage your own workload. You will also need to be prepared to travel between the various sites as required
