Job Responsibilities
- As an experienced specialist, you design end-to-end solutions within the areas of: Underwriting, Claims Management and Technical Accounting as well as Data Strategy, Data Management, Pricing and Finance.
- You are interested in how the reinsurance industry will change in the next few years and what challenges this will bring.
- You enjoy working with reinsurance clients to develop a vision for the future and helping them prepare for it.
- You accompany all phases of system modernisation or introduction of a complete, new reinsurance platform from business analysis, system implementation (or selection) to process engineering and the design of a target operating model.
- You will be given the opportunity to develop your own skills through a mix of individual support, on the job learning, and training.
Your Profile
- You have a university degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics or something comparable.
- You have several years of professional experience in management consulting or in an insurance company.
- You are enthusiastic about the complexities of the insurance industry.
- You can communicate technical topics in a way that a non-technical person could understand.
- You are excited by the prospect of working in a growing dynamic organization.
- You have the right to work in the UK.
- You are willing to travel from time to time within the UK and Europe.
