The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Data Privacy Associate to join this Top 15 US firm in their City of London office. The role will require effective contractual analysis and drafting skills, and proven experience in terms of negotiating and advising on commercial technology and data-focused agreements, applicable data, AI and other regulatory frameworks, as well as familiarity with drafting advice notes and privacy-related documentation. Within this role you will provide both strategic guidance and expert advice to businesses operating at the intersection of technology, digital business, data and global commerce.
