The Business Development Executive provides support in delivering the business development activity to support business growth and ensure outcomes are delivered to achieve business and strategic goals.

Delivering business development strategies to maximise profitable revenue, new business acquisition and increasing wallet share from existing clients.

Day-to-day management of networking and events and the development of key accounts, intermediaries, panels and partnerships to support growth.

Preparing presentations, business cases and proposals to support growth opportunities and the launch of new propositions.

Ad-hoc duties including submissions, venue booking, invoice processing, coordinating meetings.

Tracking all relationship activities and pipelines in CRM to drive growth, identify opportunities and mitigate risks in our relationships., Our responsible business programmes are fundamental to who we are and our purpose.   • Proven experience of working in a business development/sales role – legal sector is desirable

  • Relevant degree or CIM qualification is desirable

  • Passionate about change, process improvement and outstanding client service

  • Proactive and engaged in the external market, developing relationships with clients, contacts or intermediaries.

  • Able to interpret and use data in decision making as well as considering the bigger picture and impact of activities and opportunities for the Group
