The Head of Brand & External Communications will lead the development and execution of brand and communication strategies within the Business Development and Marketing team. This senior leadership role is responsible for reinforcing brand identity and managing external communications. This role is pivotal in setting the strategic direction for audience targeting and messaging, ensuring all communications are consistent and aligned with our value proposition.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand and communication strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.

  • Lead and mentor the marketing and BD team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

  • Identify and define target audiences, ensuring messaging resonates and engages effectively.

  • Ensure all external communications are consistent with the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging.

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.

  • Reinforce brand identity and increase consistency across all marketing channels in line with strategic requirements.

  • Oversee the production of brand guidelines, central assets, and creative content for executing channel plans.

  • Audit brand performance with support from client insights and manage public crises.

  • Responsible for the regional marketing approach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, partners, and customers.

  • Establish and track KPIs to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.

  • Proven experience in a senior brand and communications role within a large organisation.

  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C markets.

  • Expertise in developing and implementing brand strategies.

  • Experience in managing social media channels and external communications.

  • Proficiency in crisis management and public relations.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of brand management and external communications.

  • Understanding of market dynamics in both B2B and B2C sectors.
