Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to accurately capture and document business requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs and objectives.
- Perform detailed analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst (Functional), ideally within the Defence and Security sector, demonstrating a strong track record in delivering complex projects. Familiarity with Agile delivery methods such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe 5.0, and LeSS, and tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikSense. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a capability to manage scope and maintain strong relationships in challenging environments. Experience with Lean Portfolio Management and a background in transformation or complex delivery projects is highly valued.
