Mac Recruit Group are delighted to be partnering with our long standing clients in either Bellshill or City Centre as they are keen to welcome a new Operations Manager to the team. This individual must have care experience in working with children.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the performance of multiple locations to ensure alignment with organisational goals.

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Foster a positive work environment through teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

Conduct regular site visits to provide feedback and support managers in achieving targets.

Ensure compliance with policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.

Manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality service delivery.

Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.

Experience & Qualifications:

Proven experience in an operational role within a care services environment.

Relevant qualifications, such as a leadership qualification or degree.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.

Budget management experience is an advantage.

Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Flexibility to travel between locations as required.
