Job Scope:
- Front of House: Welcoming visitors to the Business Centre, offering refreshments to BizSpace guests/tours, building a solid relationship with customers, managing Mailbox and Virtual office customers, managing access control for new/departing customers, visitors, contractors, maintaining log of BizSpace guests, contractors and attendees for fire log, working closely with customers upon onboarding to ensure a smooth transition, resolving any concerns or problems regarding the business centre experience, office setup and IT.
- Customer Management: Enhancing the entire customer journey – building and strengthening relationships, coordinating and organising customer engagement activities, promoting and encouraging site networking and event participation, identifying opportunities to link customers and their businesses with one another, overseeing car park management, charging thereof and allocations, maintaining stock levels of refreshments, managing supplementary recharging of ancillary services – meeting rooms, co-working etc., managing relationships; encouraging positive reviews and overseeing complaints.
- Operations: Maintaining the highest of professional standards, daily review of cleaning and maintenance levels, overseeing cleaning and maintenance operatives and contractors, ensuring kitchens and communal areas are presented at their best – assisting where necessary, maintaining sales literature and collateral; including the ordering thereof, maintaining standards and overseeing management of meeting room bookings, stationery and supplies management and ordering, monitoring H&S platforms (Property Plus) – training provided, participating and driving activities that improve the quality of the services provided, helping support energy consumption and ESG policies.
- BCM Support: Encouraging and promoting ESG interactivity and engagement, deputising BCM role with all aspects of Business Centre management, devising regular fun and engaging activities to hold within the Business Centre, supporting social media activity – content, pictures & videos for followers, answering and managing calls and enquiries, maintaining availability lists, pricing and newsletters, supporting regionally when required within the wider team, driving ancillary income from telecoms, furniture, cleaning, meeting rooms, mailboxes etc., promoting and identifying uplift opportunities with customers to increase income and services, carrying out viewings and tours where necessary, helping support locally driven enquiries and sales opportunity, identifying opportunities to connect and enhance relationships with the local community.
