Are you an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner and looking for a new opportunity? We have some exciting roles available in both Residential and Commercial Conveyancing.
Key duties and responsibilities for the Conveyancing Fee Earner:
- Managing your own individual caseload
- Possessing knowledge and understanding of property transactions
- Sale and Purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold premises
- Receiving instructions on new cases
- Managing the exchange and completion of commercial property sales
- Acting for lenders and pension schemes
- Liaising with Lender Panels
- Conducting and reporting on file review for other fee earners
- Acquisition and sale of property for development, land promotion, conditional contracts, and overage
Conveyancing Fee Earner Requirements:
- Previous Fee Earner experience within Commercial
- High confidentiality and organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Team player with the ability to build relationships
- Great attention to detail and communication skills are required
- Proficient in using conveyancing software and other relevant tools
