The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

As The Lower Third Venue Manager, you will work with the other Lower Third managers to ensure that the day-to-day business is run efficiently and profitably, achieving operational objectives as well as quality and customer satisfaction targets. You will assist in managing, developing, and motivating a team of staff to create a nourishing work environment and deliver memorable guest experiences.

You will be expected to:

  • Open and close The Lower Third Club on designated shifts
  • Assist in the event planning process, adhering to licensing stipulations and house policies and procedures
  • Maintain a close and professional relationship with programming teams, event promoters, production, and all their contractual entitlements
  • Inspire and train your team to help them achieve their development goals
  • Assist the DGM and BDM in the control of operating costs and budgeting
  • Maintain close working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring appropriate licensing administration
  • Complete event and dynamic risk assessments to ensure appropriate and relevant security protocol, and day-to-day running of the venue
  • Perform admin duties including but not limited to rota building and staff scheduling, nightly settlements, stock control, and reporting
  • Open and close The Lower Third cocktail bar on designated shifts, deputizing for the Cocktail Manager where necessary

You will need some experience in event and/or club management in a variety of or comparable venues, along with a good understanding of POS systems, licensing, health & safety, staff scheduling, and training. However, the most important quality in a candidate is a passion for music and nightlife, and contributing to a memorable experience for our guests, artists, and clients.
