  • You will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the business goals.

  • Overseeing the Irwin Mitchell website to ensure high-quality content and an outstanding user experience.

  • You will develop and implement strategies to build audiences, drive engagement, generate traffic and improve conversion rates.

  • Leading SEO initiatives to enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.

  • Management of the migration of the IM website to SitcoreCloud.

  • You will lead a team of digital experts, responsible for demand generation, SEO, content, UX, CRO, and front-end development.

  • Tracking and analysis of the website performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.

  • To drive an increase in new client acquisition and revenue generation through targeted marketing.

  • You will enhance digital visibility to support the firms expansion into new markets.

  • You will have proven experience in a senior digital marketing role within a large organisation.

  • Have a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C markets and the dynamics within these sectors.

  • Strong understanding of paid and organic channels.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive and motivate your team.

  • Ability to move at a fact pace and deliver new customer acquisitions.

  • Have an in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and online engagement strategies.

  • We would also like for you to have experience with Sitecore, including managing migrations to Sitecore Cloud, although this is not essential.
