Engage Talent Partners are working with our client to source and recruit a Sales Account Manager, based in Aberdeen.

Our client is well established in providing workplace technology solutions. This is an exciting period to join a growing business for an ambitious candidate.

In this role you will report to the Regional Sales Manager and be responsible for generating new business and growing and managing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target and secure new business opportunities through various means including networking, cold calling, and e-mail campaigns.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell/cross sell to achieve targets and grow revenue for the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service and client satisfaction by having regular client meetings and identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals.
  • Negotiate contact terms and service agreement ensuring they align with profitability objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends and client feedback.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business and client management, skilled in working towards targets. You will be driven and ambitious and an excellent communicator and negotiator.
