About the Role:
This HR Director level role serves as the lead HR Business Partner for our global Go To Market (GTM) function and partners with the COO and their leadership team to ensure the provision of top quality HR leadership. The role reports to the Senior Director, Global HRBPs and will play a key role in the HRBP team, including the people management of the team of HR Partners supporting GTM.

We are looking for a driven, experienced and knowledgeable HRBP who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You have a proactive, pragmatic mindset to get things done, are highly-organized, and build great relationships both internally and externally. You have helped build a large organization and have implemented processes and procedures to improve the daily lives of employees and leaders.
What You’ll Do:
- Trusted partner to the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Revenue Officer (COO) and their global GTM leadership team
- Key member of the GTM leadership team
- Develop and deliver the people priorities for GTM
- Lead all HR initiatives within GTM with the goal of fostering a high performance, empathetic work environment
- Provide pragmatic advice to the COO and GTM leadership team on sensitive employee relations issues and other HR matters that arise
- People manage the team of HR Partners who support GTM – the team are located globally
- Partner with the People & Culture Centres of Excellence (CoE), including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, HRIS and HR Operations
- Support the roll out and execution within GTM of CoE initiatives and the annual cycle of HR processes including merit review, performance management, employee engagement
- Overall accountability for the delivery of the employee experience across the entire lifecycle
- Lead and deliver People & Culture projects as required
- Champion Sitecore culture – facilitate how our values are represented at work
What You Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years of related HRBP experience, ideally:
- gained in a fast paced technology environment
- including partnering at c-suite (or equivalent)
- some experience supporting GTM/Sales function
