83zero is working with a rapidly growing Microsoft consultancy, to lead projects involving a variety of Dynamics and Power Platform solutions. You will provide innovative solutions beyond core functionalities, including Microsoft Cloud Services and 3rd-party technologies. This client-facing role demands professionalism, collaboration, and technical expertise, working closely with Sales and Delivery teams while independently driving projects and mentoring others. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands on with the project workloads but also being able to support the team with your extensive D365 & PowerPlatform knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to Sales and Delivery teams; participate in pre-sales client meetings.
- Lead or support requirement-gathering workshops, aligning client needs with Dynamics and Power Platform capabilities.
- Manage project builds, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Design and implement workflows, automations, chatbots, and AI solutions.
- Conduct system testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
- Share technical knowledge with the Client Success team.
- Stay current with Dynamics and Power Platform updates and maintain relevant Microsoft certifications.
- Support the development of re-usable intellectual property for the company.
Experience Required:
- Must have extensive background with full PowerPlatform stack.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- Experience developing complex apps and custom pages.
- Knowledge of Power BI and 3rd-party integrations.
- PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification is required.
- Power Platform Developer certifications and hands-on experience with Dynamics and Power Platform tools.
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 applications, licensing, and data security models.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and deliver complex solutions.
