Reporting to the Project Manager, you will form part of our Global Business Development Team, within our Research and Development function. You will be responsible for driving product and technology development in key projects, improving existing designs and resolving manufacturing or quality issues.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product and technology development streams in various projects
  • Develop new ideas that fuel innovation pipelines
  • Deliver solutions that meet both customer needs and internal manufacturing and quality performance targets
  • Plan, organise and safely execute product line trials with development and production teams providing leadership and guidance
  • Participate in product trials at customer facilities
  • Manage projects – end-to-end and in close collaboration with our Commercial and Supply Chain functions

About you

Experience:

  • Evidence of sound scientific and technical knowledge
  • 2+ years of experience in R&D or Supply Chain
  • Examples of successfully managed innovation projects (product launches)

Technical Skills:

  • Scientific principle and practice: Proficient
  • Product Design & Process: Proficient
  • Product Applications: Proficient
