The Group Aeffe is an international company in the fashion and luxury branch and is active in the creation, production and distribution of a wide range of products including prêt-à-porter, footwear and leather goods, lingerie and beachwear. The Group develops, produces and distributes, with a view to constant attention to uniqueness and exclusivity, its collections with proprietary brands, including "Alberta Ferretti", "Moschino" and "Pollini".

For our Moschino store in London, we are looking for a Store Manager: reporting to the Retail Manager, the resource will be responsible for achieving sales targets through efficient team management, providing excellent service, and ensuring clients have an exclusive shopping experience. He/she will manage the team, the business operations, and improve commercial performance through a deepened knowledge of our product. The Store Manager will work as a “Brand Ambassador”, able to represent the values and the image of our Brand.

Key Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Leadership skills, assertive, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team management, organizational capabilities and strong managerial skills.
  • Flexibility and problem-solving ability.
  • Commercial awareness, goal-oriented and strong attitude in managing an effective selling ceremony and satisfying customer service.
  • Strong interest in the Fashion & Luxury world.
  • Fluent in English. The knowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.
