We are seeking a Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) to head up all commercial functions for this leading UK organisation. Reporting to the CEO with a seat on the company’s main board, this is a high-profile role that will suit a dynamic, entrepreneurial team-focused individual who has a record of delivering extraordinarily successful results in a competitive market whilst collaborating with colleagues on the Board.

Key Responsibilities:

- Degree educated, preferably with a Masters degree.
- Has demonstrated consistent career progression within a blue-chip organisation with experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within FMCG, manufacturing, or logistics.
