Construction Logistics Manager\\n\\nLocation:: Brighton\\nEmployment Type: Full-time, Permanent\\nSalary / Rate: DOE\\n\\nAbout the Role\\n\\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Construction Logistics Manager to join our team in the Brighton Area The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing logistics operations on new build residential and fit-out schemes, ensuring the safe, efficient, and coordinated delivery of all site logistics activities.\\n\\nThis position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation with a strong pipeline of work in 2026 and beyond.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Lead and manage all site logistics operations from inception to completion\\n\\n * \\n\\n Develop and implement project-specific logistics plans, traffic management plans, and delivery schedules\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and coordinate logistics supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee delivery management systems, vehicle movements, and site access\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaise with clients, main contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless coordination\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage site waste and material handling in line with sustainability targets\\n\\n * \\n\\n Provide regular progress reports and attend project meetings\\n\\nRequirements\\n\\nExperience in Large Scale New build projects – Multi phase\\n\\nNVQ Level 6 in Construction Management or equivalent\\nBlack CSCS Manager’s Card\\nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)\\nValid First Aid at Work certificate\\nProven experience as a Logistics Manager on major construction projects\\nStrong understanding of new build residential and fit-out environments\\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\\nExperience working for a Construction Logistics Contractor – highly advantageous\\n\\nWhat We Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Long-term opportunity with a strong project pipeline\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive, safety-driven work culture\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunities for professional growth and career progression\\n\\nReferences Required for previous work.\\n\\nIf you are interested in the role please apply today for more information
