The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

You are a junior scientist with at least one year of experience within industry doing NGS or digital PCR assays. We are working with a cutting-edge, circulating tumour cell diagnostics biotech based in Guildford who are looking for a Laboratory Technician who is happy to be hands-on and implement their laboratory-based R&D assays.

With just a small blood sample, their technology can provide real-time updates on the development of metastatic cancers and enable personalised therapeutics. Your work will generate data vital to the research & development of new molecular (DNA) diagnostic testing for cancer patients.

If you are the right person for this role, you will want to be trained on a wide variety of molecular lab-based techniques and be a hands-on lab-based scientist for the long term. If you have a BSc or MSc in a molecular science and at least one year of experience within an industrial setting, and want a hands-on, lab-based role in a world-class research environment – we want to speak with you.
