Our client is an internationally renowned, elite US law firm with a thriving London office. To further strengthen its growing Investment Funds team, our client is seeking a mid-level Associate with first-rate private funds experience to join its London office. This role offers exposure to complex and high-profile funds work, including private fund formation, private fund investments, private equity secondaries, GP-led secondaries, co-investments and syndicated co-investments, fund-to-fund transactions, and many more.
As the incoming Associate will fill the gap between the junior Associates and the Partners, this role will involve a high level of responsibility and excellent career progression.
Qualifications and experience required:
- England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 4-5 years of PQE.
- Experience working for a ranked Funds practice in London.
- Strong academic background and stable career record.
- Exceptional drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering top-quality work.
