The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

We are working with a London based NHS Trust to find a permanent Deputy Director of Workforce Planning & Systems. In this newly created role, you will be the expert in strategic workforce planning, providing highly specialist advice and insight to the organisation. There are considerable pressures on the existing workforce, and the development of new models of care will necessitate new ways of working. This will often include working across organisational and professional boundaries. In addition, there is a need to ensure a supply of both traditional roles and potential new roles to support the overall aims of the People Plan and the new models of care that will be required to deliver them. This role reflects the significance of their strategic workforce planning agenda and the need for high quality scenario planning and insight so you can really add value here! Flexible working is offered on a hybrid arrangement – a minimum of 2 days on site a week. You must have experience of leading workforce planning in a very large, complex organisation – ideally within the NHS. You must also have experience in holding corporate responsibility for Workforce Systems and services at a Head of level or higher. #J-18808-Ljbffr
