Your role: In the role of a Lead Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required Experience:
- Experience related to Human Resources process experience.
- Prior experience with SAP Payroll (UK/ROI) application with Consulting background.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Modules (EC, EC Payroll).
- Full Life-cycle implementations experience of leading or managing SuccessFactors programs including Employee Central, EC Time off, EC Payroll (UK Payroll).
- Good Hands-on Experience in SAP/SuccessFactors with end to end understanding of Solution Architecture.
- Willing to travel within UK and occasional travel to Europe is required.
- Good communications skills and able to demonstrate leading and mentoring teams within a Global Delivery Model.
- Willing to submit personal data for specific Background Check/Validation for Finance and Government Sector clients.
