This is an exciting opportunity for a conscientious digital marketing executive to take responsibility for the website content across our hotel and F&B brands. This role requires planning, creation and organisational skills and as part of the Digital Team and the wider Marketing team, you will be responsible for content updates and implementation of all brands across our growing website estate.
Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, as well as key stakeholders and applicable external agencies, you will audit existing content ensuring brand alignment and accuracy, carry out tests to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of website content. You must have experience of working with a content management system to update written and asset content on a website. You must have excellent creative, written and communication skills, with the ability to create, plan and prioritise, be flexible, be self-motivated, organised and adaptable. A can-do attitude with the proactivity to manage your own schedule is necessary, along with the creative capacity to manage different brands across different channels, each requiring different tones of voice and communicating with different audiences.
Within this role you will also be responsible for managing, maintaining and optimising the business listings of our hotel & food and beverage locations within the Clermont Hotel Group estate. The role will be based in London and on location across our properties across London.
- Manage & update content on all websites under the Clermont Hotel Group estate
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and alongside the marketing team to ensure website content is accurate, on-brand and optimised
- Conduct proactive, insight-driven split tests on website content, tracking performance and implementing applicable optimisations from these
- Work with external agencies to manage health of the sites, being the point of contact for CMS-related queries at Clermont Hotel Group
- Manage & update business listings for all Clermont Hotel Group properties, ensuring all are accurate, liaising with internal stakeholders as necessary

- Experience using a content management systems to update websites, such as Wordpress, Umbraco or similar
- Experience measuring and optimising website content according to relevant marketing/commercial objectives
- Creative thinker, articulate and persuasive and able to communicate operational initiatives and outcomes to a broad range of stakeholder groups
- Excellent copywriting skills, with a proven ability to help bring written copy to life in a similar brand-led business
- Ability to multitask several creative projects
- Excellent creative skills and a great eye for detail
