The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
Extensive experience of writing software and graphics on a minimum of two large projects (£1M+ BMS package) or 2-3 years working on smaller projects. We deliver systems for multiple vendors e.g. Tridium, Distech, Cylon, EasyIO, Automated Logic Corporation. Strong technical understanding Niagara N4 TCP Qualified. Writing complex BMS strategy (function block). Creating high-quality graphics. Panel drawings. Mechanical systems. High-level interfacing and systems integration. Networks/ CNS. Good maths/ English skills. Good Excel/ Word skills. Preferred Multiple software vendor qualified. IoT protocols experience e.g. LoRaWAN, MQTT. 5+ years commissioning. BMS electrical or mechanical installation experience. Energy Management Systems experience. Smart Buildings or Master Systems Integrator experience. Responsibilities Operate in the field ensuring safe working practices are always followed ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are met; ensuring personal and customer safety is always maintained. Understand the features, functionality, and benefits of proposed control systems. Design BMS with energy efficiency in mind. Work with equipment, document and interface schedules, target programmes, commissioning sheets, method statements, functional descriptions, points lists, network topologies. Manage internal and external software and graphics acceptance tests to ensure adherence to functional design. Liaise with design manager, project managers, design engineers and commissioning engineers to ensure a good understanding of the design and implementation of the project at all stages. Create crib sheets to assist commissioning engineers. Adopt a proactive, solution-focused approach to deliver projects, including attending witness and handover tests and out-of-hours work as necessary to hit programme targets. Enjoy problem-solving. Coordinate with other departments or external service providers or vendors to resolve problems and ensure systems integration. Establish a good working relationship with all customers and promote our business through the delivery of operational excellence. Identify additional opportunities, including system extensions, upgrades and service contract expansion and pass on leads to the relevant department to maximise opportunities. Refresh knowledge and skillset by attending technical and procedural updates, adopting and applying new skills and working practices to enhance safety, customer satisfaction and efficiency. #J-18808-Ljbffr
