A rare opportunity has arisen to join the team at Gavin Caves Orthodontics, a Specialist Orthodontic practice based in the historic market town centre of Haddington. A mixed practice with both NHS and private patients, the practice offers a valued service to the local community serving patients from across East Lothian and both sides of the Borders.

We are now looking to add to our team of specialists and have up to 3 days per week available. We can offer a part-time role, up to 3 days available. This is a fantastic opportunity for a GDC registered Specialist Orthodontist looking to work within an established and reputable specialist mixed practice, with the full support of a tenured and reliable practice support team. Our experienced Practice Manager has been with us for over ten years.

The practice is modern and state of the art with 3 surgeries, all with air conditioning and natural light. It features digital radiography and a digital iTero 3 scanner. The practice receives fantastic patient feedback which can be seen on our 5* Google and Facebook reviews. We also run patient surveys and are proud to report that 100% of our patients would recommend us to their friends and family. Patients are happy to travel to visit the practice, with some travelling in from England.

The practice is based in the centre of Haddington close to the Knox Academy and Aubigny Leisure Centre with free parking. It is just a 30-minute drive from Edinburgh and can easily be accessed from the North of England. East Lothian offers fantastic golf courses and beaches - North Berwick and Gullane beaches are just a 15-minute drive away.

Essential criteria: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available) and are required to be a GDC registered Specialist Orthodontist interested in an NHS list.
