Overview
What will you be doing?
Are you ready to lead in a high-profile role at the heart of Publicis Groupe? We're searching for an ambitious Business Director to oversee our Stellantis business unit, managing iconic brands such as Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, and DS with a combined UK budget of £35m+. As part of our integrated ‘Power of One’ approach, you'll transform media strategies to drive growth in a fast-changing category, guiding clients through marketing transformations and leveraging content, data, and technology to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead a planning team of 5, fostering a clear meritocracy
- Drive proactivity, results, and innovation
- Support planning initiatives aligned with the “smarter, faster, braver” mantra
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients
- Lead strategic directions and deliver operational excellence
- Identify and implement opportunities for cross/up-selling services
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Quickly building trust and influencing multiple clients and stakeholders, at all levels
- Leading large multidisciplinary teams
- Commercial acumen and deep understanding of the agency business model
- Expert knowledge of the media landscape, across both brand and performance
- Visionary, with a clear perspective on how media can drive business growth and the confidence to articulate this to the most senior clients
- Ability to immerse oneself within the client vertical, and develop focused strategic media thinking as a result
- A team player who is happy collaborating with stakeholders internally and externally
- Automotive experience not essential, but a desire to shake up the category is!
