A rapidly growing startup revolutionising the recruitment space with an innovative AI-driven platform is seeking an experienced and visionary hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technology strategy and execution. This is a unique opportunity to drive technological innovation, spearhead AI/ML integration, and build a world-class engineering team from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and oversee the technical vision, architecture, and execution of the AI-powered recruitment platform.
- Lead the engineering team, ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and optimised for performance.
- Spearhead AI and machine learning initiatives to enhance job-matching accuracy and candidate recommendations.

Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar) within a high-growth AI or SaaS startup.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies, data architecture, and scalable cloud-based applications.
- Experience with blockchain and tokenisation is desirable but not essential.
- A strong ability to lead technical teams, drive execution, and scale technology in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset balancing technological innovation with business priorities.
