About the role

Job Title: Chef (Must be able to drive)

School Location: Based from Jewell Academy (BH8) and travel to Oceans Academy

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 9am-3pm (30 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details: £12.50 per hour

What will I be doing?

  • Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals for Jewell and Oceans Academy
  • Packing the IFG van with the meals, driving to Oceans, helping to serve at the primary school, packing and driving back.
  • Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+)
  • May include some counter service / till work
  • Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
