What You'll Be Doing:
- Delivering tailored support to students with special educational needs, ensuring their individual learning plans are met.
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external professionals to create inclusive learning environments.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting strategies to promote engagement and achievement.
- Providing one-to-one or small group interventions to support academic and social development.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to reviews of student progress.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience working with children with SEN, ideally in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions, such as autism or dyslexia support.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting diverse learners.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, SEN-specific training, or equivalent).
